Happy customer here.I used this recently for a trip. It worked well. Zippers came loose a bit when I pulled it off the belt. I do wish there was a place to have ID on the bag. The handles were flimsy and long so I was unsure if my tag would stay on. It would also be nice to have a button or something to keep the straps in place. Loved the way it slipped right on to my rolling duffle and love the size and weight.Sturdy and durable.If you are looking for a fold up duffel to take with you, this is it!!! It folds up to the size of LARGE burrito and can be squished fairly flat. Bought it for anything extra that we might purchase on vacation and need a way of taking it back on the plane. Will easily pass as a carry on!! Sturdy handles and extremely light. Liked it so much I bought a second one!!!!This was actually smaller than I anticipated (the example picture must use a very small roller), however it will suit its purpose just fine. It will be packed for the "coming home extras" at the end of a long vacation, and is the perfect size for an additional carry on.This bag packs up to be really small so it's perfect to travel with and pull out when you need more space for the souvenirs. It worked out great for us when we traveled to Asia. I also love the fact that it has a sleeve to go over the handle of our luggage.I haven’t used it yet but I’m very happy with the duffel bag. It seems to be of sturdy material and the size is bigger than I expected. It’s lightweight and folds up very small, so it’s easy to carry. I can’t wait to use it!
