This is really a great product... BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO USE IT. Once you do, it will NEVER let you down. Cannot tell you how many times it saved be from major IT problems.By the way, it (BESR) is now called "Symantec System Recovery". Symantec had two "Backup Exec" products and people became very confused.Do not wait until you have a fire to learn how to use a fire hose. Rehearse your recoveries in both a bare metal and having a disk in a running system and recovering it as soon as you can. You may never get this product to work if you do not know how to use it during an emergency.
